Earth Day | Let’s Spare The Love And Do The Right, Love Our Earth Not Just Today
Nature never deceives us; it is always us who deceive ourselves.
——Rousseau
Throughout the ages, most of the beautiful things in the artworks, be it the wind, the rain, the snow, the Sun, and Moon, etc, are all gifts from the nature. Today, 22 April, marks the 50th Earth Day commemoration, we urge all to cherish our mother nature and love our Earth!

Protect the earth now
To have a bright future
Earth Day which falls on April 22 each year, is a global commemoration set up specifically for environmental protection. In 1970, it was first spearheaded by the then US Democratic Senator Gaylord Nelson and the 25 year-old Harvard Law School student Dennis Hays. On April 22, 1970, more than 20 million people, 10,000 primary and secondary schools, 2,000 colleges and universities, 2,000 communities, and major groups participated in the "Earth Day" event, and it eventually led to the establishment of the US Environmental Protection Agency, and the formation of the Clean Air, Clean Water and Endangered Species Act.
To date, the celebration of Earth Day has expanded to 192 countries around the world, with more than 1 billion people participating each year, making it the world ’s largest environmental commemoration by the community. The earth is 4.6 billion years old, but Earth Day is only 50 years. As a member of the global village, we need to think over: how to protect the aging mother, and live in harmony with the nature. The protection of the Earth should not be just for one day.

Special "Empty City" Period
The nature gives us a surprise
The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has made us pause for the human activities, surprisingly, the nature has taken this opportunity to recuperate and reproduce new vitality.
The bustling streets in the past have become empty now. While the humans hide away, the animals come out. A large group of deer were sighted on the streets of Nara, Japan, running unscrupulously for food.
In the famous water city of Venice, due to the steep drop of tourists, the canal has become clear, the swans and ducks have returned.
In Jalandhar, 200 kilometers away from the Himalayas, the peak of the Himalayas, once blocked by pollutants, has finally returned to people's sight after 30 years.
We are not and will never be the master of the Earth, whatever we do to harm the Earth, we will have to bear the cost! Let us be humble, respect the mother nature, and take actions to protect the Earth.
Forest city rising from the sea
Make the green living dream come true
People desire to live in nature where everything is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and everything is covered with trees and flowers. Especially during the pandemic, this desire has become even stronger. Fortunately, Forest City has made this kind of living dream come true.
Forest City landscapes
One of the most remarkable features of Forest City is the integration of natural environment and construction development. Forest City takes the forest vegetation as the main body, and coordinates the urban landscape construction, urban planning, and park management to achieve a good balance of city, garden and forest, integration of road network, forest network, and water network, and harmony of the ecology, industries and culture.
Cooperate with the Malaysian Putra University (UPM) to implement the seaweed conservation plan
The development of Forest City is well integrated with the seagrass and mangrove conservation. This precious reserve together with the natural marine landscape have formed a unique ecosystem which add in a different flavor to city development.
In 2017, Forest City and Lions Clubs International joined hands to plant mangroves at Tanjung Piai
Every tree planted is a little pay-back to our Mother Earth. Forest City, as one of the "Five Ecological Habitat Cities with Global Development Potential" reported by Forbes China, has spearheaded multiple initiatives to explore the balance of ecology and development. In 2017, Forest City joined hands with Lions Clubs International to plant 1,000 saplings in the mangrove forest reserve. At the same time, it also allocated a seagrass reservation zone and implemented a seaweed conservation plan in cooperation with Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
On October 29, 2019, Forest City and the Malaysian Natural Society (MNS) signed a MOU to strengthen collaboration
The ecological work is challenging but beneficial to our future generations. On October 29, 2019, Forest City and the 80-year-old Malaysian Natural Society (MNS) signed a MOU to strength collaborations. MNS will assist Forest City in environmental protection, environmental awareness education and related publications. With the improvement of the ecology around Forest City, many wild animals have returned. This is the best testimonial of Forest City for its sustainable development.
