CGPV Inks MOA with GG56 Korea Limited to Develop Key Projects
Country Garden Pacificview Sdn. Bhd. (CGPV) inks memorandum of agreement with GG56 Korea Limited, a leading Korean investment firm with a focus on high-impact projects in the areas such as healthcare, entertainment, technology, and real estate.
The MoA outlines a strategic partnership between CGPV and GG56 to develop several key projects within Forest City, including K-Content Production Studios, an international Cultural District, and a world-class residential development.
Speaking at the ceremony, the executive director of CGPV, Datuk Md Othman Yusof, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, "This MoA is not just a formal agreement; it reflects our shared vision for Forest City. We are thrilled to collaborate with GG56 Korea Limited to bring these transformative projects to life. Together, we will build a city that stands as a testament to innovation, culture, and sustainable development."
Kim Young Kun, CEO of GG56 Korea Limited, echoed these sentiments, highlighting the strategic importance of this partnership.
"Forest City presents a unique opportunity to create something extraordinary. Through our collaboration with CGPV, we aim to contribute to the city's growth and establish it as a leading global destination," he said.
The signing ceremony, held in the morning on August 21 at Forest City in Johor Bahru. CGPV was represented by its executive directors, Datuk Md Othman Yusof and Teo Chee Yow as the witness.
Meanwhile GG56 Korea Limited was represented by its Chief Executive Officer and co-founder, Kim Young Kun and Chung Dong Wan, Chairman of CMK Consortium.
The event marks a significant milestone in the ongoing development of Forest City, further solidifying its position as a global hub for innovation, culture, and sustainable growth.
Forest City had an exciting ride since it was announced as a Special Financial Zone. The project started to received inquiries from foreign investors, showing interest to invest and be part of its journey.
