GELANG PATAH, 01 APRIL 2021: Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd has learnt that a vacancy advertisement for Civil/M&E Engineer (Internship) posted on a common job-seeking platform, JobStreet was misleading and inviting wrong impression towards the company.

The company hereby would like to clarify that the initial post was solely for undergraduate students who are looking for a place to undergo their internship with monthly allowance of RM800 to RM1,000. During the uploading period, the in-charged department has reviewed the post preview and there is no issue with the title. However, after uploading the advertisement, the company was notified that the word “Internship” was missing. This incident has put the company under scrutiny eyes.

In response to this matter, the company has been in touch with JobStreet and published the corrected advertisement information. In the meantime, both parties are following up on the investigation of this matter.

We would like to stress that the company is an organization who hire talent with sound judgement. We apologize for the inconveniences caused by the misleading information in this matter.
